Pennsylvania Railroad Station

A 1908 view identifies Shamokin's Pennsylvania Railroad Station; contemporary mapping labels the passenger-depot setting under a different railroad name, so both descriptions remain visible.

A Station Captioned in 1908

The picture book presents a standalone view captioned Pennsylvania Railroad Station. The caption establishes the public name used in the album but does not supply a street number or construction date.

A Different Map Label

A separate map review found the same passenger-depot setting labeled for the Northern Central Railroad. The public record preserves that naming difference instead of silently treating two corporate labels as interchangeable.

Transportation Changed Around It

A later public image shows a depot, train, and motor bus together. It is used as related station imagery rather than represented as the restricted 1908 album photograph.
